Our process of design: the system BIM (Building Information Modeling)

We use ALLPLAN, the system of computer-aided design (CAD) pioneering of the concept BIM from the years 80, that bases in the integrated project by means of an only virtual model of the project; the constructive elements relate between yes to form an only intelligent database of the building.

ALLPLAN resolves, in an only solution, all the appearances of the project, including measurements and budget, structure, installations, security… and the control in work, allowing tackle all the appearances of the project with the same philosophy of work. With ALLPLAN happens of natural form of the croquis initial to the architectural model 3D intelligent, to the calculation of costs, to the virtual presentation to the customer. The model 3D avoids the duplicity of entrance of data, errors and losses of time and facilitating to the maximum the fulfillment of the new Spanish Technical Code of the Edificación (CTE).

Allplan 2012 contains numerous improvements, like the SmartParts (objects CAD/BIM parametric), a direct connection with Allplan Allfa Web, the integration of the international norms of  USA and Brazil, and a system of work optimized for the design and drawing of armors in projects of structures.
